Education: Graduated from the University of South Florida and is certified in elementary education, varying exceptionalities, educational leadership, and school principal. Mrs. McCrimmon has a bachelor's degree in elementary education and varying exceptionalities. She has a master's degree in elementary education.

Teaching Experience: 30 years in various positions in Pasco County serving as a teacher, supervisor of staff development, assistant principal and principal. This is Mrs. McCrimmon's 35th year as an educator.
