Our school year is off to a great start and we have many exciting things coming up for you to be a part of!  We have a big goal this year to raise $200,000+ for our wonderful school, but we won't be able to do that without your help! 

 

Mark your calendars! Did you know that you are able to attend any of our PTO Board meetings to hear about what we're up to and how you can help?  Our PTO Board Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month. 

 

The dates for the 26-27 school year are:

All board meetings are hosted in the ROM center at 6PM, unless there is a scheduling conflict, in which case we'll send an additional email to let you know! These dates are also updated throughout the year on the calendar toward the bottom of the school website home page!  

 

We also have many committees for each of our fundraising events that you can be a part of as well!  Our committees and their meeting times are: 

• Mustang Nights

  • Mustang Nights is October 9th from 6-11PM at Dan Cannon Auditorium!  Tickets, tables, sponsorships, and more are on sale NOW!  This concert style event is going to be catered by Florida Cracker and will be such a fun night you won't want to miss!  

  • Mustang Nights committee meets every Thursday morning at 8AM in the resource building from now until the event! 

  • Silent Auction Donations- We are currently trying to gather items for our silent auction!  Any and all donations are highly appreciated!  

  • Even if you're not able to join our committee meetings- you can offer help to your student's building display coordinators, donate to your building displays for the live auction, and make sure you grab your tickets to come to the event! :) 

• Trunk or Treat

  • Trunk or Treat committee is meeting virtually every Thursday evening at 6:30PM via Google Meet from now until the event

  • Trunk or Treat will be held on Friday October 30th from 6-8PM
